I am not sure of the exact london prices but around 30% higher than where we are. I do own the business and would very much like to grow into another town. The market is a bit rocky at the moment, hence why we are looking for add-on's for the first site and just waiting for 6 or 12 months to see what the market does before we rush into the second site. The problem is im not good at waiting.
What size and price are your garages? Are they garages that you can put a car in or are they more like containers? My worry with adding garages is that it would give a cheaper alternative to the storage inside(what are your thoughts on this). We are at 75% so we still have some space to fill. What is "spedition delivery". Thanks, Keith

Oh. Ok. Well... thats kinda cheap. I'd say the average prices in Sweden is about "London-pricing'. So you're the owner... how many full-time employees do you have?

The size of our garagers range from 20-50 sqm and cost about 100£/sqm/year. They are real garagers, not containers. They're really popular! About the garagers becoming a cheaper alternative to the storages I dont quite see that as a problem, it's still money in the bank. Besides the garages we do have a site already with a lower pricing, perfect for some customers. How do you plan to fill your site and when do you expect it to be done?
