With the years of industry experience that you bring to this sesion I know that folks will learn a great deal from your insights.

Would you be willing to share, at your session, the top three or four areas of insurance claims that your firm experiences? Wrongful sale - break-ins - employee theft - fire - weather? What circumstances produce the biggest cliams?

I am sure that with each area of loss that you have recommendations on "loss control" suggestions and operational ideas that can help eliminate or at least mitigate these potential losses for all of us.

This would help in advising customers.

I will certainly talk about insurance claims. I think storage owners will be surprised to hear about the "top ten" list - both in frequency and severity.

There is quite a bit to discuss regarding how to reduce, eliminate and "share the risk".
