    Default E-Mail collections

    Are e-mails to the address on file allowed to regard collection information? I know voicemails may not be left regarding debts, but does this apply to e-mail as well? Thanks in advance for any experience!

    In Iowa it still can't count as a legal notice, but we can discuss account details through email. We use it in addition to traditional methods.
