I listened to Jeff's Lien Sale Rules webinar and am putting together a set to send to our attorney as a base. Has anyone come up with lien sale rules that they would be willing to share? I would like to get as many ideas as possible before I send it to the attorney.

I also need a Release of Liability pronto. I just sent out our pre-lien notices along with a letter saying that they could come in and pay half and get their stuff out. I need to have a Release of Liability ready if someone takes us up on it. I am writing my own, but again would love to look at other facilities to see their wording and what they include.

In the handout from the Lien Sale Rules webinar, you have a paragraph that says "The parties acknowledge the validity and sufficiency of the consideration provided in advance of the bidder entering the Self-Storage facility today as good, valuable and sufficient consideration for the purposes of executing this release."

Would you explain what this means? Specifically, what is the "consideration" provided?
