Hello!

Was hoping for some feedback on this issue. I noticed in my Lien Law for my state (Wa.) It says we shall provide an accounting of the disposition of the proceeds of the sale or other disposition to the occupant at the last known address. So my understanding of this document is pretty much some sort of reciept stating what the unit sold for? And remaining balance? Does anyone have an example of this document they would like to share?

Hi,
I'm not sure what sofware you use, but with SiteLink, they have an "Auction Proceeds Notice" that you can have filled out and mail to the tenant at their last known address. I print this after the auction for that tenant before I close out their account and mail it to them. Hope that helps.

I dont use that software. Is there any chance you could print me off a sample and email or fax it to me?
