Any tips to share to attract document storage intensivve businesses like CPAs, title companies, lawyers, etc.

We are offering free moving assistance and shelving installation.

you might want to try offering a few filing cabinets.good used 4 drawers can be had for about $50.you can get an extra $10 per month on the rental.a 2 year rental will pay for itself, and you've got a unit rented.
