I use FB for personal reasons and will be setting one up for my facility soon, I LOVE some of the ideas here about sending reminders, Happy Birthdays and congrats to customers on the refferal program or other things they may post that are due congrats!!
As many others I am not a fan of the games and on the odd moment I play bejeweled or something I opt out of posting it for everyone to have to see, I don't generally become a 'fan' of many things on there but I simply could not resist when I saw the group "I don't care about your farm, mafia or cafe"
On a personal level I have regained touch with many many old friends even resulting in an invite to Alaska from a high school buddy(if the J O B ever permits it LOL).
