    Question Do You Send E-newsletters?

    Do you collect your tenants' or customers' e-mail addresses and send them regular updates, offers and content via e-mail?

    It might be a good way to maintain a connection with old tenants who don't need storage at the moment but might need it in the future.

    I would REALLY like to, but the "go is slow" around here.

    Our other sites just recently mastered "emailing invoices". I started it about two years ago, when I realized that the software could do it. I know we could do newsletter at this point as well, but our R.M. puts that in the same category as Facebook and Twitter.

    Strange, huh?

    I think it be great to acknowledge our fantastic vendors, great specials, referral promotions, and special events.

    Wish me luck fending off the dinosaurs.
    The customer isn't always right, the trick is making them think they are!

    Default E-newsletters

    I send out a monthly newsletters to our customers every month. I include any promotions we have going, any things we are doing with the non-profit organization we work with and include funny stories and recipes.
