When a manager or associate meets/exceeds a sales goal (or makes tremendous improvement), is there a reward? How does your facility or company celebrate successes with the employees?

When I reached 100% occupancy at my last facility & had a record month in $$$ taken in my DM and the owner both thanked me for a good job. At my last facility I consistently exceeded revenue for the same month of the prev year. Now that I'm at a new facility....I just have to plug away and be thankful for the good days that I have 3 rentals (like yesterday!)
