I was just curious, what do you think the key selling features are at your location/ Free moving truck, Individual alarms. Why do you feel or know your customers choose your location over another?

With 23 years in this business, I can tell you it is the individual managers that is the key difference. You can have all the high priced amenities and free trucks, etc., but without a skilled and enthusiastic person on the other side of the desk/counter you will be disappointed. From handling inbound calls to doing an outstanding unit demonstration-sales presentation, it is the staff that is the primary difference between success and failure.
