Thread: LifeStorage in Chicago's Santa's Workshop: Do You Host Similar Holiday Events?

LifeStorage, a Chicagoland operator with six locations in the city and 11 more in the suburbs, held a "Santa's Workshop" event at most of its area locations on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Jolly Kris Kringle himself was there to welcome children of all ages. A free gift-wrapping station with refreshments was set up, as well.

I took some video from the event. Watch InsideSelfStorage.com tomorrow for my blog, which will include the clips, but for now, here are some fun photos. As you can see, I wasn't too shy to tell Santa how good I've been this year and what I want for Christmas.

At my previous facility, we always did a wrapping table for the customers to use throughout December...no candles, though!

Here, we are giving Christmas to about 10 families in the community, and we'll be having a big party with all of them. It will include a visit from Santa along with refreshments and the gifts we have been collecting.

Unfortunately, with my move, I will miss the party. It is the week after I leave.
