Attracting Commercial Tenants
Some markets are seeing an influx of new businesses. This could mean new rentals from the commercial sector.
How do you attract commercial tenants?Amy Campbell

Re: Attracting Commercial Tenants
We have a very active film commission here in NorCal. They are attracting quite a few Hollywood location scouts to our county. They provide a website for local companies to promote their services. I have indicated storage (duh) and a large lot for vehicle storage. Filming has just begun on the new Will Smith/Jaden Smith feature, and I have not been called for that one, but I am hopeful sometime soon a big production company will need a space for storing their big equipment.

Re: Attracting Commercial Tenants
FREE rent for the first year followed by a discounted rent the second year. That got us three non-profit businesses that moaned and complained about even the discounted rent at the end of the first year.
