    Default Opening weedkend Blitz

Hello we are finally seeing the light at the end of the construction tunnel and are looking to open our storage facility one December 1 2012 which
is not the best timing but I can't control it. We are planning on taking out some advertising print and radio and use the new 100 likes on Facebook
to promote our opening. I was planning on offering for the open weekend Saturday and Sunday only any new rentals the customers will get
their 2nd and 4th month free. Does this sound like a good idea to anyone out there or is there something else I can do to try and get customers in the
door during our slow time of year?

thank you everyone for all your help

The second and 4th month special sounds like a good idea. It would encourage people to rent at least 4 months or more.... and give them a break in between time...

Congratulations on your opening, Bill! What a great way to start the year!
It's tough to open during the holidays, but there a few ways you can take advantage of the season. Propelling yourself to the top of Google search listings will make sure people consider your business first - have you claimed your Google Places listing yet? If you make yourself look seasonal in your social media and on your website - WordPress has some great temporary holiday themes - people will absolutely gravitate to you. If print is more your style, GotPrint.net has a promotion for 500 post cards for $20!

    Best of luck!! - Lydia
