We steer very clear of them. We are full and stay that way. I just had my longest open unit, 4 days, in the 7 months we have been here.

R&B that is awesome. Over the summer we ran a solid 97%. The highest since we built our last building and a new facility built a 1/4 mile away around 2003-2004. Before then, one summer we ran 100%. Do use the theory of full = raise your rates. I have said it a hundred times " Is it better to be 100% occupied and make $1000 or 85% and make $1500." I will take the 85% every time.
