  • Well, very much thanks to Manny Ramirez at QuikStor support. In less than one hour they/he read my emails for help and responded back with the fix. I just shut down my QuikStor system and turned it back on, their recommendation, and now all reports and tenant auto pay info look normal. I cannot tell...

  • New QuikStor auto pay problem

Maybe they are trying to get back at me for inquiring about Sitelink and StorEdge but all of a sudden when I look at any tenants auto pay c/c info it looks totally different. It has the billing address as before. Then it shows checking account information to be entered, never showed that before and...

All this is is me saving what RandyL said about the c/c link with Sitelink and changing to StorEdge and why. The owner's son will be reading this whole thread.

"Not exactly what you are asking about, but I used Authorize.net with SiteLink Stand Alone edition. It worked fine for my...

I don't but my closest competitor does. Try contacting Valley River Storage, Eugene, Oregon, and see if you can get some insight from them. They do trucks and trailers. Their web site is easy to find.

I have several real estate people that frequent here and I know away from here and they have all said the market has slowed a bit and that I should expect a slow down at my facility. I did have some move outs but lots were college students coming back. My 10x10 or bigger units go quick. I have started...

After 4 straight years of big jumps I am still ahead of last year but not by as much as last year was to the year before. More move outs around me and facilities all over are running move in specials. We are not running any specials except multi month rent. I am still at about 97% to 98% full....

Even when I read back in older threads I see a lean toward StorEdge. I don't make these decisions but the owner's son does not want my wrath if he chooses wrong, especially after my input. LOL! Thanks for the info.

By the way, he will be reading all these so I don't say anything here...

Welcome to the forum Bighank. So you run this place, with your wife, by yourself? No relief people or maint man? If you do, my hat is off to you. You need a robot or two.

This place knows you are headed back to the PNW and is now trying to get back at you.

I do get what you are saying but in my case, I do allow a person that I have talked to to rent a unit at the web site but I get no signatures till they meet me in person and then I hand out a gate code and show the unit. If it is a "bad fit" situation I refund the money and move on. Had to...

If I had to pick one thing that concerns me about QuikStor, other than what I originally posted, is that when we ask about the possibility of something that would make our system better, they take it under advisement and give me a job/case number and then I never hear back from them about what I asked...

Lots of winning bidders, and tenants, know that the facility may only have one and maybe two people there at any given time and they will try to push their weight around and take advantage as letsgosonics said. to some of them we are easy pickens. Always follow procedures to the letter ad you stand...

My thing is strictly that I want digital signing only in the office even if it is available away from office on my web site, I would disable that feature. They gotta be in front of me with I.D. before I allow any renting of unit signatures. I appreciate the info though. I am trying to get rid of most...

The $100 deposit should have been for each unit and each vehicle sold. No ifs ands or buts about it. If they deviate then they get nothing and move to the second highest bidder. The first clue was when he showed with no deposit money. At this point you have allowed him this far and he will see how far...
