    I'm with those who stated to refund. Standing your ground on someone who hasn't even stepped foot on the facility; it's energy, time, and get prepared to be ripped by bad reviews for one tenant. It's simply not worth it. Life is too short.

    IF anything, that particular episode revealed how important it is to document everything. While I embrace the digital age, I also embrace pen and paper and a good copy machine. There is no doubts raised when you see physical copies of what was done.
