Expense Break Even Point at X% of OccupancyOf course all markets and situations will have a different result, but...is there a general rule of thumb you folks (and banks) like to go by for a break even point (debt service + expenses) in relation to a certain occupancy level?
That is, what is a recommended target for break even?...
I think PAC is right on point by being very general in his statement, and this gives them nothing to "work with" in their complaining. There may be many reasons you may not want to rent to them, but you don't have to tell them, and if you do tell them, you're opening the flood gates for those...
