  • Make sure that your internet connection can handle the large data uploads from your cameras. We have about 26 cameras uploading 1080p video + an audio track, and it takes a fat pipe for that!...

  • Surveillance Camera System Pays Off

We recently upgraded our cameras & DVRs, and caught a customer dumping items on the property. We sent them a few video clips and encouraged them to remove everything or else we'd contact the police. 24 hours later it was gone. If you don't have a similar system, we strongly encourage installing...

Oklahoma statute allows lien status to begin at 30 days. We begin at 46 days, and follow a lengthy, detailed process that starts with cutting the lock, so we charge a $54.00 lien fee when the account is 46 days delinquent....

The manager was asked by the facility owner to delete the records and empty the unit, and she asked her grandson and a friend to empty the unit,...

    replied to U-Haul Dealer
I bought a storage facility that rented U-Haul trucks. After looking at the revenue, profits, manager time requirements, additional insurance premiums and liability, I elected to have the seller terminate that agreement at closing. Almost everything I've read since supports my decision. YMMV.

replied to Storage Owner Helped Move a Body
This occurred at Scott Street Mini Storage, a facility in Del City, on the other side of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area where I am. The story seems to indicate that the deceased's mother rented a house from the man who also owns the storage facility. Eleven months after the child's last sighting,...
