I was checking in to see how things were going for you and your self storage endeavors. We talked sometime ago about my first facility in Danville Illinois and I am ready to purchase my next one in Georgia! 53,000 sq feet and 498 unit facility with some big time management issues. Thank you so much with your help on my first property. We are doing very well at 97% occupied after buying it at 65%. We have raised all board rents and street rents.

My next property should be a fun project and don’t plan to stop here. If I can be of any assistance to you please let me know. I was hoping to get your initial thoughts on the signs that I plan to install on the facility as I will be renaming the property as well. If I can help you anyway please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Over 1400 postings?! Holy crap Batman... where do you find the time?!!! I'm scrambling now to make it to DC, looong story, but I may still make it. It's about 50-50 right now. Anyway, I was checking to see what was posted about me, and then clicked on you "my friend" and saw your total. Geez! Prolific aren't ya? Anyway, wish me luck with airfare and a room to lay my weary head. Oh, and by the way, we get offers all the time for Harrah's who owns Paris in Las Vegas where the Feb Expo will be. As soon as we get a little closer, I'll send you the best rate offer we can snag. Save a little dough in one area for the boss, then treat yourselves to a really nice 'on the company' dinner. Ruth Chris is our favorite! All those designer places on the strip are over priced and always under deliver, as they're in casinos and have captive clientele so to speak.
