    Jeff,
    I have a strange situation...We have a tenant who has been with us since 2002 and apparently has never signed a lease. We have changed management several times and have informed her that she needs to stop by the office to sign a lease and to personally pick up her gate code to the facility; however, she refuses to stop by when the office is open and refuses to call us back on the phone. She has requested that we send her her gate code through the mail to a PO Box or to leave it on a cell phone voicemail. Today she dropped off her payment and a letter that stated that she will NOT sign a lease with us and gave us notice to vacate...what are your suggestions in this matter?
