That sounds great! My current employer (credit union) I say is a leader of technological advantages for that industry so I am use to that sort of thing. I think, with the right setup, people would use them. I like that the kiosks offer a Spanish option as that is a large need in our area and my espanol is a little rusty. The airport is a good example of that. I'd love to see photos as you break ground and make progress on your facility. I can not remember if you mentioned this or not but what area are you building in? How did you decide this was the right business for you? Heather

I am not in the industry (yet) but am looking to purchase an existing facility in the next three to five years. What you've got planned sounds very similar to what I am wanting in a facility. *Kiosk Operated *Call Center *Near your house so you can do periodic walk throughs. *No Manager Onsite How far along in the process if you don't mind me asking?
