I have never worked for a big corp so that is why I was asking. I want to thank everyone for such great responses. I was really curious!!! I don't think I would ever want to work for one!!

No matter what type of job I held in the past I always preffered smaller companies, "mom and pop" if you will. The company I work for is owned by 3 individuals who each have their own department and altho once in awhile one dept overlaps another and I accidentally leave someone out of an email or something I can't speak highly enough of these guys as well as their right hand (wo)man up at their main office. They have five facilities in two different states and even though because of circumtstances beyond my control we had a bumpy start, I woouldnt trade them for any other bosses!
