Re: Hello from Washington state!
Thanks Astro~ I will check in as time allows. I am the manager of a 3 yr old facility with state of the art equipment. We have a low delinquent rate and are 75% rented of a 290 unit facility. We only have one employee on shift at a time so we are usually busy with some aspect of this business. We are also a Uhaul Dealer. It is pretty slow right now with winter here. We are located in a city of 20K people.
Thanks again! Cyndi1340

Re: Hello from Washington state!
Hi, I am looking into putting a Business center in our facility. Pros & Cons? After the initial investment how long until you re-coup your money. Does it have a good return? We are a 300 room facility, 5 yrs old and we care located in the rural area of 20 k population city.

Welcome from a neighbor just south of you! Glad to have you join in. Business center? What services do you plan to offer that would allow you to re-coup your investment? And how much work needs to be done to create your business center? Are you thinking just a few chairs, a table and a workstation or a fully-outfitted rent-able by the hour, day, week office space?
