Hello all Rob Kiser here from Uhaul moving and storage
Hello all Rob Kiser. I am with Uhaul company of Jacksonville. I represent emove for St. augustine as well as the surrounding area. I handle the Emove affiliates within this area.
I look forward to contributing my knowledge regarding web self storage (WSS), or the difference between basic and premier affiliates.
Thank you

Hello Joe,
I am just introducing myself and hoping to answer any questions (good or bad) and get questions answered on a few topics myself. I really like what I do and I have business partners that use our platforms in the industry that frequent this forum. But thanks for feedback! Have a great day

Re: Hello all Rob Kiser here from Uhaul moving and storage
I don't know about that....it seems to me like we get a fair amount of questions on here about WebSelfStorage's capabilities and also about how to use various functions, and no one answers them. I would think it would be perfectly acceptable for someone with knowledge of the product to answer questions or make himself/herself available as needed, since some of the other software providers also do so here.
Plus if you go down into the Technical section, there have been many posts over the years from storage personnel trying to make a move from stand alone software to web-based, and they ask comparison questions, and one software person answers the questions and sells his product, while the others don't. I think it would be a good idea to have someone on the site to answer questions about the software. Maybe we should point him towards the technical section where there are many topics related to WebSelfStorage.

Re: Hello all Rob Kiser here from Uhaul moving and storage
In these economic times why wouldn't you want to hear the facts about any product in this industry that could help you grow your business! If any product can help you make more by spending less I would do the research to see if it is a fit for my business! Exploring new avenues for success, well being and growth should be common practice in anyones business, both professionally and personally!
I am a resource to help you with your current evolvement as well as give you the proper information to see if a change is needed to help you improve your business!Last edited by Robkiser; 12th December 2012 at 12:35 PM. Reason: Punctuation

Re: Hello all Rob Kiser here from Uhaul moving and storage
Rob, you may want to mosey on over to the Technology section and the additional services section. There are many topics about both U-Haul/Truck rentals and Storage Software including good questions about WebSelfStorage with few to zero good answers, that you could provide some valuable information to us, and also maybe learn a thing or two yourself.
Also you may want to look in the Marketing section as the subject of eMove comes up from time to time. I, myself, am a strong fan of eMove as we have always had good luck with our listing, which is VERY affordably priced. We had many reservations/move-ins when we were in a large metro area, not as many now that we are in a smaller town...but what we do get are quality rentals...so I'm happy with our investment of $4.95 a month for eMove. But if people don't know about it, they can't benefit from it.
