Thread: Hello Everyone!!

We are by no means "new" to the self storage world but newbies on a forum with self storage..LOL. Husband & Wife team here that got started back in 05 over in Tucson, managed a large 3 story, all climate controlled facility there and found it was our niche by having it be the #1 store 3 years in a row out of 13 stores. Then we moved back to the East coast because of an offer to take over one for a private owner and turn it around,after we turned it around..he sold it to his partner and moved us to his other one across town.
We have experience in U-Haul trucks, UPS shipping & Receiving, post offices on site and about 6 different software programs with the storage business, We totally LOVE what we do!! Now...we are looking for another transition to another small company or owner....we have interviews in Florida on Friday ( we are currently in N.C.) and we are possibly looking at western NC, Tennessee and Arkansas as well, and maybe Georgia to(just not the Atlanta area).
We hope to be able to obtain even more valuable info from the site as well as help out others where we can!!
