Default ISS Nashville ... Holiday conflict?

So now that our Vegas Expo is over, we're focusing our energy on promoting our fall show, which is scheduled to take place at the Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tenn., Oct. 7-10. But one of our foremost speakers, Jeff Greenberger, just pointed out that we have scheduled our event during the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur! I want everyone to know this was NOT intentional, and we are in contact with the venue to see if it's possible to change our dates. But I'd like to hear from forum members on this ... If you're considering the Nashville show, do the current dates pose a schedule conflict for you?

Default Change the date if at all possible

I'm new to the self-storage community, but I already know what a huge help Jeffrey Greenburger is here. I've listened in to his webinars, which has been very helpful to me. Meeting Jeff and sitting in on one of his sessions is one big reason that I would consider attending the event.

I understand the scheduling change is tough, and that there will be many other valuable resources attending the event, but I for one would suggest to move the date if it is possible.

Default Dates locked

Unfortunately, the Opryland Hotel is not able to honor our request to change the Nashville show dates, so we must move forward with the original schedule: Oct. 7-10, 2008. We understand the conflict this creates for members of the Jewish community, and we are deeply sorry for this critical oversight. We mean no disrespect or inconsideration for such an important holiday.
