I posted a bit in the Finance forum about this and thought I would toss a note here as well ... Inside Self-Storage is thinking about hosting a free webinar on the topic of cost segregation. We're wondering if this is a hot topic for you guys? Is it something storage operators would attend? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I introduced our owner to cost segregation about a year ago & I hope he followed up. Don't you think this is a subject for the owner & his tax person? Maybe I don't know enough about it, how would managers be involved with this?

Colleen, you are correct -- this topic would be more appropriate for the facility owner/operator. But as we work with so many independently owned and operated facilities, I thought there might be a good bit of interest. Only a few positive responses so far though.

I'm new to all of this so it might have already been covered.

I would be interested in the cost segregation webinar,but as someone already pointed out,I think the audience would be limited.
