Thread: Send a Canadian Self Storage 'Madman' to Space - Seriously! - Please VOTE for ME!

There's a promotional campaign to send 2 Canadians to Space Camp in Florida,, with a further opportunity to go into space.

The top two Canadians with the most legitimate votes (you can only vote once) win the first round!!! The way I see it were already in the 'space' industry so well qualified. My secret weapon is YOU and all my 'space' network. By the numbers, this shouldn't be hard to do but I NEED your help PLEASE.

Yes the spacecraft is still in the EXPERIMENTAL stage ... yeesh! But its a little more reassuring that it could launch from a US locations and I see Buzz Aldrin is in there so that also feels better.

Madman, there is talk now about sending a man and woman on a trip around Mars... estimated time of the trip is something like 528 days, and yes, it is specific for there to be a man and a woman on board... Estimated time of departure: 2018 or thereabouts. Just think of the possibilities!

I voted for you to go into space, but can't vote yet for the Mars trip.

On the Mars things I really don't know about the man and woman in there for 528 days ... sounds like a one way trip, LOL!

I liked your idea, and it made me smile so I voted for you this morning, but when I went back to show my wife, the "votes" had gone down from 445 to 442? What is going on there?

That's actually placement so ALL is good. I'm in 442nd position. The separation between 442 and being in the top 100 is quite close so every vote does make a significant difference.
