I voted for over 20 years, but we built out in phases.
1st phase of 53 units = 1987
2nd phase of 150 units= 1996
3rd phase of 200 units = 2003
No more land now, no more phases.

We are not really all that old. But, I did find the name Dan'l Boone carved in one of the older buildings!
