Staying Late For A Rental?
How many would stay late or come in on a day the office is closed for a rental?

Re: Staying Late For A Rental?
Part of it depends on 'how late?' but I have stayed late before knowing a new rental was coming in.
As for a day off? No. I don't live here, and am not going to come across town on a day off (Sunday) for that. Any other day off I have there is a relief manager here."I hate quotations. Tell me what you know." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

Re: Staying Late For A Rental?
I have stayed late before. I usually won't now; only because most time the prospective tenant does not show up. As for closed days, the only days the office is closed is major holidays so that would be a definite no.

No question about it.

Of course I would stay late, I have done it before and I am sure I will do it again. No worries!

I do it frequently. The OT is pre-approved for a new rental! That is called customer service.

When the Stanford students start moving in I always stay late, and customers who show up right about the time i'm getting off with a truck load. My co worker lives on site so i have never had to come in on my day off.

Re: Staying Late For A Rental?
We will stay late if needed to get the rental makes a great first impression! If I know for sure that the person is comming I will come in when the office is closed for the day to rent the space. I think those little things can add up in the long term and can make a huge difference!

Re: Staying Late For A Rental?
As long as I'm not out of town for the weekend or on vacation, I'll gladly stay late or come down from the apartment to rent a unit. Customer service is and always has been number one. But if you abuse it, I will not turn the other cheek.
