New Forum: Storage Condos

I've been seeing a lot interest and excitement on the site regarding self-storage condominiums, so I created a special forum on the topic under "Add-Ons, Ancillaries and Profit Centers." We had a healthy thread going under "General Storage Questions," and I moved that over with a permanent redirect so folks can still find it. As I've seen topics coming to the fore, I've been trying to keep discussions as organized as possible. Feel free to let me know if you see a topic that requires its own forum space. Thanks!
