Hey all ... Well, I am extremely disappointed to announce that we have had to permanently ban a user for the first time on Self-Storage Talk. (I won't repeat the user name, but I'm sure most of you can guess who it is.) *sigh* I had hoped this drastic measure could be avoided, but the situation got out of control. I apologize to those of you who were negatively affected by the unproductive banter this particular user created on the site. We moderators watched the situation unfold and hoped it would come to a happy resolution. Alas, no.

To look on the positive side, we need not worry further about these kinds of disruptions, and the forum can continue to blossom now in a healthy manner. Thank you all for your continued use of the Self-Storage Talk forum. We appreciate your participation.

And hey ... if you're going to be at the ISS show in Nashville, please come by the booth and see me! I'd like to start putting faces to some of these usernames!
