Does anyone have an opinion on what is going to happen with the mergers going on. Is Chamberlain buying up the industry and will my keypads become obsolete?

I have been told that both companies, although now owned by Chamberlain, will function as separate companies. I know that they are exhibiting as separate companies at the ISS Expo in Vegas. We'll just to have to wait to see how things play out.

sometimes mergers does not necessarily create the synergy in the participating companies. let's wait and see.

My understanding is that they're sharing a booth in Las Vegas, so I'm not sure how separated they actually will remain.
