I use Syrasoft and am completely satisfied. They have payments online but we haven't installed it yet. They answer the phone for support most of the time but close at 7pm Eastern. Saturday support is really great. It's when I get to ask them about more indepth stuff.

Angry Rentplus 2.0
We use the online Rentplus 2.0 and I would NOT recommend it at all. Their connection is constantly disconnecting and their tech support is terrible. Normally they don't even give you a response.
