I would be curioius about the different softwares people use, how they like them, what features to they wish they had.

We use Winsen and although sometimes it is not user friendly with some of it's reports, overall I like using it.

it Winsen a web based system? can customers make payments over the internet?

Yes, it is web-based. Currently we are not offering payment via the internet, but I think it would be a great service to connect it with our website at some point in the future.

We use PTI. We have found the software rather difficult to implement but once through the learning curve are very satisfied with the stability of the product.
We find PTI somewhat limited for RV and Boat storage needs because the fields were designed for vehicle information and not boat information. We have made several recommendations on changes to some of the data fields without much success. We hope as more facilities come on board with boat storage that PTI will make some very needed changes.

We use WinSen also and have the online payment option activated. We highly recommend it as a tool to keep delinquencies down. WinSen can be user-unfriendly at times, but overall it is a good product.

We are using Sitlink I like it but I don't know anything diffrent so I can't compare it to other programs

I've used Winsen, Domico, SiteLink, and Centershift Store. I would rate Store as #1, Domico as #2, SiteLink as #3, and Winsen last. Store, SiteLink and Domico were web-based, but I never witnessed Winsen as web-based.

Store and Domico are really easy to use.

We use Storage Commander -- Love it!! Very easy to use with more reporting power then we will ever need. We are able to generate reports the owners didn't even know they needed!
