    Default "Manager" Titles

I am looking for ideas on what a manager should be called...My title is Sales & Marketing Manager. Although this is a big part of my position, it's much more than that. It's facility management, office management, property management. I was trying to get a feel for what different titles are out there for Managers. Just to give you all an idea of what I do, EVERYTHING! I am the only employee! The owner also runs another business out of our office that has a staff of 5 and they help out when I'm at lunch or have a day off, but basically I'm IT! If anyone has any titles they'd like to share, I'd appreciate it. I am up for my 1 year review soon and I've been put to the task of retitling the position. Thanks for the help!

    Default New title

In my opinion , if you are the Do EVERYTHING person you are the executive manager. If others help you only when you are gone then you are the head honcho and that makes you not just the only manager but the only person under the owner, so you are commander&chief= executive manager. Good luck, I think in a lot of ways we are all executive managers I am the only one responsible for everything on my property but I am considered a resident manager.

    Default Operations Manager

I should have responded back after my review. We decided on the title "Operations Manager", which I think is very fitting for the position. It was an interesting first year and I look forward to many more! Thanks for everyone's input.

    Default Manager title

I have used General Manager, as we generally manage to do everything that there is to do, and then some.

There are two of us here, we are equals and our titles are "Facility/Site Manager". We are both full time and work together one day a week, other than that we are alone for our shifts.
