I'm looking for any ideas concerning the incentives and bonus programs. Does anyone have any ideas or a template created? Anything would be greatly appreciated.

Here are a few considerations for bonuses/incentives to offer your management.

1. Percentage of Merchandise Sales
2. Percentage of Collected Late Fees
3. Bonus for Reaching/Maintaining Occupancy Goals

I am sure there are many others being used out there...

With that being said, I am just about finished with my bonus program. I am very excited about it. I have fine-tuned it to be specific for my managers and their facilities.
