Wink Which leads me to an interesting question:
If you could place a witty sign at your counter to remind customers of a constant and annoying infraction, what might it say?

I suspect that the most creative suggestion could find its way into a future "Adventures In Storage" cartoon...

Mine would be - Phone to the ear and they speak - my response is "you're speaking to ME???!"

Oops! Hey John, I forgot about the annoying infraction part. Although with some tenants... having to smile TO them might be an annoyance at times!

[I][Tenants who are bad debts wondering why I am calling them? Hello?

I had that the other day. I have a guy with two large units more than 90 days behind wonder why had called him. PAY YOUR BILL!!!

Default Cell phones!
What really irritates me are customers that come in to see a unit, then can't tear themselves away from their cell phone while you are trying to point out features of the facility to them. Then they'll still be yapping while you are trying to go over their contract with them! I find this extremely rude and annoying. If you don't have time to see the unit, and listen while the manager tries to cover your contract, come back when you can!
