This is my best one and most recent


Tenant:"I have not received a paycheck from my job in six months???"I saw my boss at Olive Garden last night and he was not sure when I will get a check!!!


Me: Really, is that the job your still reporting to each day???

Me Venting to self: I want a job that pays so well I can still afford to go to the Olive Garden even after not being paid for 6 month

WHATEVER PEOPLE, I WAS BORN AT NIGHT BUT IT WAS NOT LAST NIGHT!!!

This is the most frequent lately:

I'M WAITING TO GET MY INCOME TAX REFUND SHOULD BE ANY DAY AND I WILL CATCH IT ALL UP!

Then you wonder how many "creditors" they've told that to, and who is actually going to get their chunk of it....course they will probably go to Olive Garden first (lol)

I had the opposite today, a person who is always late actually paid on time and he was so proud of his self he jokingly thought I should give him a $5.00 discount...

I had a tenant once who was in a HORRIBLE Car Wreck, laid up in the hospital, couldn't move. I felt so bad for her!!

It was the 2nd time in four months.............and she even had her sweet little old momma call me!!

Her unit auctioned..........
