Wink What Happens While I'm in Vegas...

... makes me want to stay in Vegas...

This is really wierd- whenever we're out of town and away from the facility (usually while we're at an ISS Expo), something truly bizarre happens. Check this out:

Wow, John ... you're famous! :/

Seriously, we're all thinking about you and this situation. I am obviously glad that the fellow survived the crash, even though he was three sheets to the wind.

I'm blown away that he managed to crash into a unit that already had a car inside of it. What are the odds?

Wink Yeah- What are the Odds??

And the worst thing about it- it was OUR CAR!! Not the new one, but a good second car that Barbara ordered new from the factory several years back. We didn't have the heart to part with it, but now it looks like his insurance company just bought it!

Oh-- do I see a cartoon idea or have you already started! I feel bad that it was a car that Barbara obviously had some attachment to -- but at least it didn't belong to a tenant!

We also have a track record of odd, bizarre, unexpected things happening when we are out of town. So far I think things were okay when I was in Vegas! And rentals were great!!!

OMG, John! That was YOUR facility? I saw it yesterday, but I had no idea that was yours.

Isn't that the way it always works, you're gone, and the *#% hits the fan.

I'm sorry about your car.

Shae, watch your language, young lady. There may be somebody on this forum that hasn't used those words.........but I doubt it.

Sorry to hear about Barbra's car, but guess it's time to get her a new one

Should I start sending her some brochures for a new BMW or Mercedes?

Pass this link on to her -- I think she'll find something she likes

We had something like this happen several years ago when we worked for another company. A drunk driver sideswiped a telephone pole, jumped the corner of a retention pond and then wiped out three storage units. He did an enormous amount of damage, but at least he had good insurance. They paid up for all the damage to the tenants belongings and to have the repairs made on the building.
