Thread: Tenant full of ****

So I arrive at work today and go through my normal opening routine. After the office is cleaned up and ready for the day, I hop onto the golf cart to drive my property. I arrive at the 400 building /scary music intro. This building is always bad, and I have no way of monitoring this area. Today I see a shirt on the ground. Without really thinking, I swing the shirt up from the ground to toss it into my golf cart. When I do this, diarrhea goes flying all over the ground, the car and me.

Had a customer that would be here alot after office hours. So when he needed to go, use a bucket. Then sit it beside the dumper. ?????????? couldn't make it into the dumpter?

Holy S..T! That's sooo gross! The worst I've ever found was a baby diaper! The smell from that had me gagging and my eye's watering! Ewww just doesn't cover it!

Perhaps this should be part of the "what's it like living onsite" topic...the one good thing about living on site is easy access to your shower and clean clothes. I got soaked down by urine once, picked up a shoebox in the back corner of an empty unit that someone had moved out of the night before. Thought they left an empty shoebox, but no..they used it for their toilet instead of walking 50 feet to the outside bathroom. Picked the shoebox up in the back corner of the unit, got it about chest high, and the bottom fell out of it and urine went everywhere. Learned a good lesson about not investigating anything with a long stick before picking it up.

Poor Mr. Pitt!! I cannot tell you all how FURIOUS he was this morning!! And we have a very good idea which tenant was responsible!! I told him to post the story on here to get the great support from our forum! As long as I have been in this business I have been lucky enough to never have experienced that!! He is at the store that I just left and I would have died! That could have just as easily been me!

So forum family, show him some LOVE!!!!
