Thread: You People!!!

Well, I thought I'd let you all know that; "You People are bleeping with me! Selling off my bleeping stuff!" Yes, it's true, I and I alone am responsible yet again for another tenant NOT paying their rent. I am responsible for bleeping up their lives etc. etc. Yes, it is I, the one who hasn't paid anything on their unit since March. It is I, the evil one who will follow the lien law and auction their units off tomorrow unless they FINALLY follow through with one of those many payment promises of "I'll bring the money tomorrow" and actually bring their account current. "You people" is pretty cutthroat aren't I?

So who among you wants to step up and pay my bills for me? I'd appreciate it very much and I will say "thank you" instead of "bleep you" I promise. (Disclaimer- My fingers may be crossed behind my back)

Gina, shame, shame, shame on you. How could you possibly threaten to sell soneone's. obviously, highly valuable collectables and family heirlooms, just because they haven't paid you, and prevaricated about paying you when you call. Shame, shame shame.

Oh, if I could ever find my cheese, I might be able to help you with you bills.

Gina: I think you have hit on a new TV series concept. A mix of Storage Wars and Secret Millionaire. We raise a bunch of money and set-off across the country, heck The World, in search of storage customers who don't - won't - can't pay their rent. The TV show steps in and starts paying their rent and we then watch how this act turns their lives around. Now that the things in their storage unit are safe again from the clutches of people like you - the transformation of their lives begins. What great TV drama it would be right???

We want to see a picture of all the great stuff in their unit that get auction off.

Oh Gina...you must be the one bleeping with the folks here in Oakdale, too! I just had nearly the same conversation with one of my "friends"!! ("...hey, man...I thought we were friends...wtf?")
Astro, I would gladly bring you some really good California cheese (from happy California cows!!) if you'll pay my bills too while you're here in California paying Gina's!

I'm going thru that myself this week. Yesterday it was, "Why haven't 'YOU PEOPLE' called me?"

Well, uh, sir, I have...I've only documented 14 times in the last two months! My bad..... Forgive me...

here's a good one for you...I had a young lady come in a while back who was about 6 weeks late on her rent and she was irate that she got a certified lien letter....her comments:

"I thought you didn't do auctions here...THAT is the reason I chose your facility to store my belongings, because you told me you didn't do auctions"

Now guys, I have NEVER told ANYONE that we "don't do auctions", as a matter of fact there is a BIG rules sign behind me that is right in the tenants line of vision when they are sitting at the counter and rule #5 states "Your unit will be processed for public auction when rent is a full month past due" plus I go over the delinquency process with everyone who signs a lease, particularly those who don't go on autopay.

She was still indignant that she had to pay her rent when she was going out the door.

Astro, I am hanging my head in shame... Take Reebee up on her offer of cheese please, some of it is really good. Oakdale, Santa Clara, Morgan Hill, my powers of messing with people's lives knows no boundaries. I'm happy to oblige. LOL!

Lisa, I've had good paying customers asking the same thing when they have seen our auction notice sign up in the office. Why wouldn't we do auctions? Someone needs to clear out the riff-raff so those units can be rented to pay our huge salaries right?
