Someone stole Santa!
Someone stole my Santa on Sunday night.
Why would they do this? I'm so distraught over the whole situation. I even brought Frosty back inside. These are my personal decorations, and I know I put them up at my own risk, but who would do such a thing at Christmastime?
I don't understand! We decorate for our tenants and the community. Our tenants even nominated us for decorated business of the year. People have even driven up just to take pictures between Santa and Frosty!
I'm so sad....In memorium of Santa...

Re: Someone stole Santa!
That completely sucks. I'm sorry Shannon. Call the Merc and get a story out there, note all the positives from your customers, personal property etc. Hope that YOUR Santa at least found a home full of children so he can help brighten their Christmas etc. Get some good FREE PR! Put a bummer/positive spin on it and hopefully gain some new tenants out of the bad thing.

Shannon, get another and plant a claymore behind it, that'll be their last act of petty larceny. No, seriously just get some reindeer and elves to patrol after hours. If I can help with replacement costs, let me know.

Re: Someone stole Santa!
Shannon, the really important thing is that he will return on the night of the 24th, and make it all right. I sure hope the world doesn't end on the 21st. We just spent a fortune on airline tickets for her youngest grand daughter and frien to visit for the Christmas holidays.

Re: Someone stole Santa!
People are so weird... Did you call the police. Also alert your friends and customers, possibly offer a reward... and see if and where santa turns up. Sorry to hear that.

Re: Someone stole Santa!
You are all so sweet, and you REALLY helped my disposition. Thank you, all of you!
I had a couple of my tenants ask about Santa; I have told them not to worry, he'll come back on Christmas Eve, (thanks, Astro)
.
The problem that I'm having, is that I don't want to alarm anyone. I really don't want my tenants to think that that kind of activity takes place here, ya know?
btw, "they" stole my big, hairy, scary spider during Holloween time, too.
Thanks for the support, my friends! I had really felt SO VIOLATED! lol.
p.s. I have a great big blow-up Christmas monkey, now....he's behind the fence! What lies behind us, and what lies before us, are small matters compared to what lies within us!

That is always shocking and unbelievable to hear ... as I thought the Grinch wasn't real!
But don't let it get you down and take a note from Whoville ... btw, check your messages.
