Guns on Your Property
Given that 48 out of 50 states allow for individuals to carry concealed weapons (after obtaining a permit, in most cases), do you allow individuals to carry weapons into your facility?
If not, do you have posted signs that instruct people not to bring their guns into the office or on the grounds? Where are the signs posted?

It's Oklahoma. I'd be afraid to not allow them. Besides, 9 times out of 10, they aren't loaded. I'm much more afraid of a guy with a knife than a guy with an empty gun!

Re: Guns on Your Property
We do not allow concealed weapons on our property. We have signs on all of our gates. We've lost one commercial tenant because of this and have had a couple of complaints. Even so, I would not change this policy.

Peter, I'd love to satisfy your curiosity... but then I'd have to kill you.
Am I experienced with firearms, you betcha! I grew up in a law enforcement laden family. Just try knocking on my windows at night and you'll determine the answer to the knowledge you seek.
P.S. Hey! Wait a minute! Why are we picking on me?! I'd be more worried about Astro. It's the strong, silent, cute, cuddly types that scare me the most.

Re: Guns on Your Property
I could be wrong but wouldn't people who have gone through the process of getting a concealed carry permit be LESS likely to cause problems? Assumption is that 1) their backgrounds checked out and 2) they have a clue how to use guns. Then again, this is an assumption and as we all know with those......
