I've had to have 2 AC units replaced within the last year. Now I have 2 more!! that are leaking freon. All within the same building. They are 12-13yrs old which I know is not brand new, but find it odd that they would all start leaking freon almost simultaneously. I've even gotten a 2nd opinion about...Today, 09:36 AM

I'm thinking about making some changes with how I do payments. I currently accept payments over the phone for tenants via card. I will sometimes have John Doe call to make a payment on Jane Smith's account using his card. This opens me up to chargebacks with John saying he didn't authorize the payment...27 March 2023, 03:22 PM
