The one 10x30 unit is in high demand. I called Mr S at 10:35am and left a message that I had a large unit available and to please call me back. It has been almost 3 hours but he might be working. At a graduation. An emergency. Or maybe he doesn't need the unit. How long do I wait to call the next person?

The next time I call a waiting list person and I get a message I will say the following: Hi, It's Kathleen at XX Storage. I am calling to see if you still need a unit since I think I will have something available today. Please call me back right away if you do need a unit.
