    Move out terminated tenant?

    Terminated tenant had to be out by 3 today and isn't, although he was in earlier to grab a couple of backpacks of stuff. Gate code's disabled and unit is overlocked. Do a move-out? I don't want it racking up rent and fees. I have no plans to immediately deal with what's left in the unit.
