Hello everyone. I am in the midst of buying land in the Seneca, SC area for Boat & RV storage and I was hoping to get some feedback on what some of your costs were in developing your own businesses.
Just for insight, I am looking at a plot of land in a great area, right off the main road with lots of passing traffic. The land is 7.5 acres and it is an L shape..
Curious what some of your thoughts would be on the expenses of:
Land clearing
Gravel
Fencing
Lighting/Electrical
Automated Gate
Security System
For 7 acres
