    Haha no. She's one of those that's super nice as long she's getting things her way. My very first run-in with her shortly after I started here did not go well at all, but she was a much happier person after her ex-husband died. Weird. LOL
    Too many freaks, not enough circuses.

      Oh, you gotta call her and tell her of the "error" that you found!!!!
      and that you just saved her $3. a month!

          We tell them that the rates are not guaranteed, and that we don't have a set schedule (and technically we don't because we can raise at any time), but if it does, we will give two notices (mailed and emailed)
