    Hi Rinvigg,

If you want to look into one solution for remote camera and monitoring along with call center support, you can look into OpenTech Alliance. They may be known for their kiosks (which you may want to consider as well), but they actually have a really diverse product base.

Again, if you're looking to consolidate vendors for website SEO and reputation management, you may want to look into companies that specialize in self-storage marketing like The Storage Group.

Most management software providers will integrate with these services so I suggest finding one that you like and fits your business needs and going from there.

      I have a Boat/RV facility that I run remotely.

-I used a local security/camera company for easy service in case there are issues, and it came with an app to view from anywhere. Very helpful.
      -I use Easy Storage Solutions.
-Have used ESS for a call center before too, wasn't terribly impressed with that part.
-Good website name and google presence is a must, I agree.

feels a little like Stockholm Syndrome. By feeding these aggregators we're hurting our own industry. In the name of possibly increasing occupancy percentage we're giving away a large slice of our income and future viability. Income that we as the business developers, owners and operators have taken...

I definitely had more rentals with Sparefoot. I was using Storedge as well. A big question to ask each person once the reservation comes in is how long they plan to store for. Each time a Sparefoot reservation rents for 1 month and takes off, you're losing money. I would politely decline those reservations....

Following up on this, just wondering if anyone is having success with Sparefoot/Storable Marketplace for renting up a new facility. It makes sense to try and be visible everywhere you possibly can be, especially for a newer facility or expansion, but I do see some of the downfalls:
